JiangSu JinWu New Material Co., Ltd. (JSJW) is an advanced R&D and manufacturing company producing spherical metal powders. With more than 10 years of experience in metal powder manufacturing, we provide high quality metal powders at highly competitive prices.

Two independent production facilities located in the Powder Metallurgy Industrial Park of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, occupying 215,000 sq.ft with installed capacity of 100 tons per year (Phase I).

Quality Assurance
IPCA (Induction heating and plasma melting combined atomization)
SuperFlow metal powders are manufactured by a proprietary combined induction heating and plasma melting atomization technology (IPCA). The combination of a high frequency induction preheating and RF plasma high temperature heating can effectively improve the temperature control of molten metal and the powder obtained by gas atomization has better sphericity and low porosity. We use high purity argon to atomize powder, ensuring low oxygen and nitrogen content. We strictly test the products before packaging to ensure consistency and stability of each batch of products.
