Due to the high activity of titanium and titanium alloy and its considerable danger, the spraying of titanium and titanium alloy powder can not be as exposed smelting methods as traditional sparks splash. Plasma induced heating and melting atomization technology (IPCA) is JSJW proprietary combined gas atomization technology. It is a combining high-frequency induction pre-heating with high temperature heating of RF plasma can effectively improve the temperature control of metal melts, supplemented by the powder obtained by gas atomization with good sphericality and very low porosity.
